Recently installed into Heartwood Wealth Management two complete Conference and Training Rooms. Both video conferencing suites are located at the Heartwood HQ in Kent with a further office in Covent Garden.
The main conference room comprises a Polycom VSX 7000e and NEC 50" plasma screen which is mounted on top of a 1.5 meter high cabinet. The audio visual equipment consists of a Denon DN-A100 audio amplifier, DVD player, VHS recorder and Polycom codec.
All of these are mounted into 19" equipment rack adjacent to the plasma cupboard. The Polycom VSX 7000e features a separate PowerCam camera unit which sits on top of the NEC 50" plasma screen and gives a wide view of the whole room when required.
The system connects with their Covent Garden office over IP plus clients worldwide over ISDN.
The nearby meeting room features a Polycom VSX 7000s which is connected to an NEC 42" plasma screen with Unicol stand.
