
Our services don't stop simply because we've finished installing your new technology. To us, after-sales support is an integral part of our service to you.
Whilst most Manufacturers and suppliers will offer you a Return To Base Warranty, installations carried out by Viscom can be serviced, on site, for minimum down time. Service periods are typically 12 months from date of installation or 3 years, if required.
Service
agreements also cover on line technical support during
normal business hours. We can also create a preventative
maintenance agreement that covers aspects such as
inspection, adjustment, cleaning and testing. We can even
create an agreement that covers equipment set-up and
operation during particularly important meetings and
presentations - leaving you free to concentrate on the
business at hand.
Highly complex technology needs to be maintained on a
regular basis if it is to perform at its best. By helping to
