Royal Horticultural Halls and Conference Centre

The Royal Horticultural Halls and Conference Centre is centrally located in the "heart of Westminster", London and comprises two very fine exhibition and event Halls and a Conference Centre.

This important and well-established multi-purpose events venue enjoys a prime location in an attractive residential area of Central London. The combination of its three facilities offers maximum flexibility for event organisers both in terms of space and application. The venue has an unrivalled track record of hosting all manner of events from trade and consumer fairs to corporate events and conferences.

In the main Lecture Theatre there is a 14ft wide rear projection screen plus a special two meter square silver surfaced mirror system to enable the image from the powerful 3500 ANSI lumen LCD projector to be projected onto the big screen. The Theatre is used for all types shows, exhibitions and presentations on a daily basis. A multi input PA / audio system with Audio Technica radio microphones and desk microphones was also supplied in the Conference Centre.

Ten NEC LCD Projectors, motorized screens, audio systems and induction loops were installed into all Meeting Rooms on the 1st 2nd and 3rd Floors. The completely refurbished Reception Area features an NEC 50XR5 Plasma screen with local PC, Network connectivity, plus TV receiver and DVD / video inputs.

Ceiling speakers were installed as not to be intrusive.

The whole of the Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre is completely accessible and all rooms have PA systems with induction loops.

Custom-built lockable cabinet or lectern with equipment rack Optional videoconferencing Optional interactive whiteboard Optional radio mics & additional inputs Front projection is often used in Lecture Theatres but rear-projection is also used as it presents a clean and uncluttered solution where all of the equipment is out of sight and only the image on screen is visible. Where rear projection is not possible then ceiling mounted projector is the best option. For smaller adjoining classrooms Plasma and LCD displays are ideal. Lectern wood veneer credenzas can be supplied in a finish to suit your room.
