Smithfield highlights

A bright modern venue within a unique Grade II listed building – and just minutes from Farringdon and Barbican tubes. CCT Venues-Smithfield has a variety of rooms for small or large meetings, training and conferences. Its key features include:

• A fantastic large room with ample capacity for 250 people

• An open plan café area opposite the main conference/training room

• Eleven rooms in total - ideal for all types of events

• The entire venue is on one floor with a simple, impossible-to-get lost, layout

• Really versatile space with moveable partitions allowing maximum flexibility

• Modern interior but Grade II

As well as delegate registration, we provide all the usual business support. Our café is a great space to relax over lunch and we offer free wireless broadband connection throughout the venue. Our large, comfortable training and conference rooms - named after livestock in reference to our Smithfield location - are all air-conditioned and have natural daylight. They're also free from obstructing pillars and overlook a quiet side street and park.

Barbican highlights

A light, bright modern venue with fabulous contemporary fittings and artworks, the latest AV equipment and lots of rooms for training, meetings and assessment centres, CCT Venues-Barbican has many great features including:

• It's in a brand new building with contemporary fittings – a prestige working environment

• Bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows throughout

• Amazing location right next door to Barbican underground station

• Spacious top floor café with views of London landmarks

• A moveable partition allows two rooms to extend into one – comfortably accommodating up to 150

• Ideal for booking a floor with exclusive use for those wishing to train multiple groups in privacy

Recently installed into several Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms. Projection facilities including ceiling mounted NEC VT670 LCD projectors with manual pull down screens plus NEC data / video LCD projectors in other Meeting Rooms.

A lecture theatre style, wood veneer lectern is provided, with shelves to house all of the audio visual equipment. Finished in Beech to match the existing modern room furniture.

Audio Visual hardware is housed on custom built 19" steel racks with lockable glass doors. Equipment comprises.

JBL Control 1 wall mounted speakers
Sennheiser table top radio microphones

A further 11 Meeting Rooms of various sizes also offer large Sahara whiteboards, TCi overhead projectors and projection screens plus free standing whiteboards.

BARBICAN - CONFERENCE ROOMS

Installed in the summer of 2006 brand new, modern Conference Rooms and Meeting Rooms are several compete 8 channel Australian Monitor amplifiers systems. All PA and audio equipment is neatly installed into 19" steel racks, with lockable glass doors, along with Kramer distribution amplifiers and Sennheisser ew100 radio microphones. Projection facilities include ceiling mounted NEC VT670 LCD projectors with manual pull down screens plus NEC portable data / video LCD projectors in other Meeting Rooms.

Sahara lecterns were provided for their compact design. Finished in grey to match existing room furniture. Also supplied were the following to make up a complete system.
